Do you want to actively fight for issues inside the union, within the labour movement, and in our communities, locally, nationally, and internationally? Are you interested in advocating for yourself and your fellow Members? If so, let us know!
These committees will be a forum where Members can:
Identify and articulate challenges and/or inequities they have experienced and/or observed while working in the film, television and digital media industry
Discuss how to recruit and retain a workforce that is reflective of our diverse community
Brainstorm ways in which our union can become more equitable and accessible
Recommend policies and support structures that promote more inclusive work environments and dismantle systematic barriers.

Being part of a committee(s) will involve a minimal time commitment. Once the office knows the membership's interest, we will schedule a virtual meeting via Zoom. Have a question?
