PROPANE SAFETY

This course will provide you with a general understanding of the safe and efficient use of propane tanks.

Training includes a classroom presentation and discussion followed by a hands-on component. You'll learn all about handling, storing, transporting and installation of propane cylinders. You'll also be able to identify the health and safety hazards associated with changing a propane tank.

 Written test required. Successful participants will receive their Construction Heaters, Torches & Propane Cylinders at Construction Sites (up to 400K BTUH input) certificate.

REMINDER: Propane Certification must be renewed every three (3) years. If you've previously taken a Propane Safety course, check the date on your certificate to make sure it's still valid!
